Welcome

Consultations can be in person, or on-line, if preferred.

What Does a Home Consultation Consist of?
– Two hour meeting with Gerry Condon
– Meet in person or on-line
– Exploration of your “wish list”
– Advice on the most economical options
– Advice on all proposals and design implications
– Consideration of alternative options
– Summary of consultation in writing
If you already have plans drawn up, and would like a second opinion, Gerry can offer his advice, and potentially a different perspective, giving you peace of mind before you go ahead.
If you’re thinking about having an extension, before you commit, it’s often worth seeking a second opinion to establish whether an extension is the best solution, or whether there may be appropriate alternative solutions.  It’s also important to consider whether solving one problem could potentially create layout problems elsewhere.
Cost:
A bespoke two hour home consultation costs €300 (subject to location).
Payable in advance.
Call Gerry for an informal chat to see how he might be able to help.
